Toronto Kinbaku Salon

The Toronto Kinbalu Salon is the oldest rope School in Canada, opened since 2013. Their goal is to give people the opportunity to learn the art of Japanese style rope bondage. Consequently, they offer a safe, respectful and fun environment with experienced and professional teachers.
Toronto Kinbaku Salon offers  different classes, from light bondage to multi-transition suspension bondage for the dedicated rope student.

The introduction class is for those who are curious to learn about the art of Shibari or Kinbaku. The second level is Kazami-Ryu Level 1. Here, students will learn the chest harness, which is one of the most comfortable and stable chests harnesses ever designed. The next levels of the classes will be  Kazami-Ryu Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.

Toronto Kinbaku Salon hosts weekly rope events. So, rope lovers can socialize, practice, improve and share the rope skills and play in a rope centric inclusive environment. Some events are the Friday Open Salon, Sunday Salon, Fun with Rope, and the monthly events.

Kazami Ryu is the bondage style that follows the Rope Master of Osaka, Kazami Ranki. This is the style you will find in the salon. This style focuses on safety, comfort and balance, which create a sense of security for the bottom. Thanks to this sense of security, trust, and a deeper connection and understanding grow between partners.

In Toronto Kinbaku Salon there are open rope parties. These are a great place to meet a rope partner. Likewise, there are tops and bottoms in the group willing to practice and play with the ones who don’t have a partner. Furthermore, you can also ask for private lessons or performances for events or photoshoots. The only rule is that consent and respect are mandatory, and that genitals must be covered.
