Copenhagen Shibari Dojo is a famous dojo in Denmark. It was founded in 2010 and is one of the largest Kinbaku Dojos in Europe. The Copenhaguen Shibari Dojo receives rope enthusiasts and practitioners from all around the world.

The Copenhaguen Shibari Dojo has the perfect physical and mental environment for Kinbaku, Shibari or Rope Bondage. In the dojo, you will find spacious and bright rooms, with Japanese windows and doors. There is also a gym famous for the wonderful atmosphere created by all the people who visit the dojo.

Copenhaguen Shibari Dojo is a weekly training centre, as well as a location for major international workshops and events. The dojo has highly skilled instructors and Shibari masters. It also has 77 regular members who receive weekly lessons, divided into different classes and levels, depending on each individual’s skills and abilities.

In order to be part of the Copenhagen Shibari Dojo, you need to participate in the dojo intro evening. Likewise, yopu should receive training in the initial class. After this, the instructors will assign your level and classes.

Depending on your level, you will receive the exact combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The dojo makes sure that the student is in continuous progress and can fully understand techniques.

The Copenhaguen Shibari Dojo has its Dojo Etiquette, which requires you to leave your ego at the door. Also, it is mandatory to do a customary bow as you enter the dojo training hall and before you leave. You should always treat your fellow students, partners and other practitioners with respect, both inside and outside the dojo. During workshops it is important to avoid delays by following instructions and training program, and if you are late, it is important to join quietly without disturbing
