Bondage Emergency
Having a child is a great responsibility. You commit yourself to doing things you hadn’t done before. Likewise, you have to quit doing things that you used to do. It’s a matter of balance and love that anyone with kids of their own will understand. In our case, when our daughter Veronica was born, my husband and I decided to continue practicing bondage. After all, it was after a Shibari scene that Veronica was conceived. And it was her who, in the end, helped us with our bondage emergency.
We managed to keep our kink hidden from our daughter for several years. It’s just a matter of imagination. If she stayed in a friend’s house, we would bring out the ropes that night and have some fun together. It’s not rocket science.
By the time Veronica was sixteen, not even once had she been close to discovering our kink. She had gone out on a date, and we decided that it was a good opportunity to take out the ropes from the drawer. The scene was going fine, as usual, when my husband suddenly collapsed. It wasn’t a heart attack, but he did have a serious heart problem. Now, I was on ropes, so I couldn’t help him. And, by the way he gasped, I knew he needed help immediately.
I was wondering what to do when, out of the blue, Veronica walks into the bedroom. Next thing I know, she’s cutting the ropes with the safety scissors. Few minutes later, an ambulance is taking my husband to the hospital, and we’re following them in the car.
I was about to explain to her what she had just seen, but she told me she already knew about Shibari. She said it was ok to be kink. Actually, she asked me to teach her how to play bottom in a rope scene.
At first, I was surprised. But then, I realized she belongs to another generation.
Last week we had an interesting family activity. And this time, there was no bondage emergency.
This is our Shibari story.
