A Shibari Bride
Call me a romantic. I don’t care. It had to be something very special and I’m glad of what I did. Call me corny if you want, but I always dreamed with the day of my wedding. And when it finally came, I wanted it to be the most special day of my life. I had dreamed a lot about the ceremony, my dress, the banquet and the guests, the ballroom, and the toast. But I had never expected to be a Shibari bride. This is how it happened.
Believe it or not, I kept myself for my marriage. I don’t care what you think about me. I always had the conviction of being a one-man woman. And I wanted to let my husband now just how special that was for me. Because it wasn’t easy. Because many times I was curious about sex. And many times, I thought I had really fallen love. And many times, it was just plain desire beating from inside, asking me to get it what it wanted. Yet, I managed to overcome all those challenges. Some people have other kinks, and I respect that. I had the kink of virginity.
So, how was I supposed to offer myself to my husband? I didn’t want to say: “This is my first time, be gentle”. I wanted him to understand just how much it meant to me. And, believe it or not, Shibari showed me the way to my wedding night.
When the last guests were leaving, I disappeared from the ballroom and went to the main bedroom. (We rented a mansion for our wedding.) A rope master was waiting for me there. And he tied me in such a way that all my husband had to do to untie me was to pull the master rope.
“I’m all yours”, I said when he entered. Then, I explained to him what was about to happen. He seemed surprised at first. But then, he smiled widely and pulled the master rope slowly. The rest is something I rather not share. Let’s say that I’ve done Shibari just once in my life. But it was wonderful!
This is how I became a Shibari bride.
