Shibari Is Exciting
Shibari is not the kind of thing you should do on a first date. It’s dangerous, and you don’t know your partner well enough to let him become your top. Allowing yourself to be restrained can end up in some form of abuse. I know all this. I knew it back then. And yet, I couldn’t resist the urge to put myself in danger. This is how I found out that Shibari is exciting.
And it wasn’t that dangerous, after all. Tommy is a friend of one of my cousins, so he’s not totally a stranger. When I met him, he seemed to be a quiet, nice guy. So, it was kind of surprising to find him in a hookup app. That added an extra flavor to my plan. It was like: “you wanna swim with the big fish? I’ll show you how they swim!”.
At first, I almost regretted my decision. Our date started in the clumsiest way you can imagine. I tied him first, so he could see what I wanted him to do. And you could tell how uncomfortable he was feeling! When I released him, I asked him if he wanted to call it a night (and I was wishing he would say yes). However, to my surprise, he refused.
So, I asked him to tie me, even when I felt we would end up calling 911. At first, he was as clumsy as he had been all night. However, as he found his way with the ropes, he began to show an unexpected skill, an innate talent, you could say. He started teasing me with the ropes, and talking dirty to me. By the time he finished tying me, I could only think of one thing. And he showed some unexpected skills on that, too.
I know some people do Shibari for aesthetic enjoyment or to relax. For me, it’s the ultimate turn on. Shibari is exciting.
This is my Shibari story.
