A Woman’s Touch

A Woman’s Touch

A Woman’s Touch is a woman-owned and operated sexuality boutique in Madison, Wisconsin in the United States. Its founders are Ellen Bernard and Myrtle Wilhite. It opened in 1996. Ellen Bernard is an entrepreneur, long-range planner, sex educator and sex counsellor. Myrtle Wilhite is a physician-scientist artist, who spends most of her time answering peoples questions about sex. Additionally, she is the developer of a user-friendly model called “Prevention Case Management”.

A Woman’s Touch was born because Ellen noticed that the Midwest didn’t have a comfortable place for women to celebrate and explore sexuality. The goal of a Woman’s Touch was to provide a safe and welcoming space where women could enjoy their sexuality. Myrtle was also happy to create a business where sexual health and sexual pleasure can happily coexist together. Moreover, she would enjoy explaining the details of women’s and men’s anatomy and sexual health.

A Woman’s Touch is a sex education resource centre and sexual health product shop especially for women. Besides, it is the only store which offers a combination of expertise in sexual health and pleasure. A Woman’s Touch promotes knowledge of sexual health, sexual educations and healthy pleasure. They impart classes and workshops for Erotic massages, Couples massages, Rope Bondage Practical Fundamentals, Introduction to BDSM, and more. Ellen and Myrtle are also always available to answer any questions, either in person directly at the establishment or by e-mail or telephone. They also offer products and sexual health information for all ages, identities, orientations and bodies, and will provide the information and products to help everyone to find optimal sexual wellness.

In the store you will find massage oils, and sensual products, erotica and books about techniques, relationships and sexual health, adult films, adult toys, lubricants, Bondage rope, tools, and more.
