Arizona Shibari Studio

Arizona Shibari Studio is an organization of rope enthusiasts with a focus on rope bondage education for the Kink community in Arizona. Their mission is to provide accessible, high-quality education on rope bondage. They pay special attention to safety and consent.

Arizona Shibari Studio encourages its community of Shibari lovers and practitioners to give the necessary importance to all the aspects of rope, such as basic anatomy, safety, consent, techniques, awareness, risks, suspension, and dominance and submission tips. The Studio wants to build Shibari practitioners who are more risk-aware. Eventually, this will provide a more enjoyable experience and avoid any risky situations.

In Arizona Shibari Studio you will find a space where everybody feels safe to pursue rope. They are inclusive for all genders, sexual orientations, religions, races, creeds and of course only available for adults 18+.  It is the perfect place to learn, practice, and share your passion for rope with more rope bondage practitioners. The Studio imparts personal classes, workshops, events, and performances. They present education on safe bondage practice, from foundational to more advanced skills, for all involved in rope, including tops, bottoms, switches, and self tiers.

The Studio teaches healthy consent practice and negotiation skills. The Code of Conduct in the studio requires mandatory consent for all physical contact, play, or photography. Consent is non-negotiable. The Studio requires genitals to be covered. However, participants can be topless. You can take pictires, provided you have the consent of the people appearing in the photo or video. That is, you must have their permission to post it. You cannot take pictures or video without consent.    

Arizona Shibari Studio also organizes the Desert Bound, a rope bondage expo featuring nationally and internationally renowned rope educators, thrilling performances, and great events.
