Sadhaka

Sadhaka is a small-scale course organization founded in 2005 by Chandra Patricia Benjamins and Wim Molinello. This center for personal growth is based in the French countryside, in the south of Paris. Here, you can take yoga, shibari and tantra courses in a 4-hectare domain called Le Moulin. 

Where is Sadhaka?

Sadhaka imparts several courses and workshops in France and in the Netherlands. You can experience and learn different practices and techniques in a special, natural environment. Sadhaka specializes in art, yoga, tantra and connections. You’ll be able to experience tantra in a unique way.

Shibari & Tantra

A Shibari workshop is the perfect way to do tantra. Shibari is a Japanese form of Bondage that used to be a technique to torture and transport prisoners to ensure they could not escape. Although it was used for slaves and prisoners, as a way to restrain them, it has become a true art form. In the past few years, Shibari has become a beautiful and popular technique to push your limits in a gentle and controlled way. With Shibari, you will test your physical and emotional boundaries and experience pure passion and emotional release in a safe and playful setting.

What can you expect about our workshop?

In the Shibari Workshop by Sadhaka, we combine shibari and tantra, since both focus on spiritual expansion and emotional and physical liberation. In tantra, touch is an important part of awareness because you can encounter limits, challenges or emotions that are also related to Shibari. The Shibari workshop imparted in Sadhaka is an erotic game of connection in which playfulness combines with the artistic beauty of the buttons, which are profound and emotionally liberating.
