Southern California Leather Woman began in the late 1990s and early 2000s when the leather community went through many changes, and the “grand inclusion” began. When the leather community began, most of tis members were gays and lesbians. However, they later opened the doors to members of the kink and fetish communities. Their goal was to create a shared culture and also grow their community. It then became a family to some gays and lesbians who were abandoned and rejected by their blood families. This has created a strong sense of family, where everyone takes care of each other. This sense of family has always been a key factor of the community.
Southern California Leather Woman is a safe and welcoming environment that provides information, referrals, workshops, classes, gatherings, and parties. Moreover, it is a family for its the members. The goal of the community is to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. As a family, they have also a fundraiser development, which helps whoever in the community is in need. In Southern California Leather Woman you will be able to learn, practice, and share your passion for BDSM. You will also meet new people with the same interest.
