Festival of Japanese Bondage
The Festival of Japanese Bondage is an educational and exciting 4-day weekend festival full of events, workshops, performances and classes, which features all the aspects of the art of Japanese Bondage, kinbaku and Shibari. It includes an exhibition of paintings, drawings, ceramics, sculpture, and fashion. Music, cinema and philosophy will also be present. Likewise, the program also includes life drawing classes, special Kinbaku shows, seminars, workshops, and club night bondage parties. It will also cover other topics, such as food, shiatsu, acupuncture, hojojutsu, suspensions and Kimon tying.
Teachers and performers
Some of the most famous kinbaku masters, teachers and performers from all over England will get together to celebrate the art of Japanese Bondage. They all want to dispel the image of seedy back street bondage pornography. Their goal is to celebrate this unique and personal practice in its many forms, as an art, a cultural event, and a sexy activity!
