ShibariCamp

ShibariCamp is a non-profit event, planned and prepared by BeyondRope, Prettodekadens & nibbles, which are 3 rope nerds from Sweden. It is a vacation in the countryside with great people and Rope!
Shibaricamp’s volunteers take care of cooking, cleaning, carpeting, and making sure everything works to make it happen. Since shibaricamp is a collective effort, it is important to take care of each other. Also important is to keep a relaxed atmosphere that makes people return year after year.

Shibaricamp takes place around August, in a summer camp situated nearby the town Smögen. This is about an hour drive north from the city of Gothenburg.
The camp provides basic lodging with hostel standard.

In ShibariCamp you will be able to take classes with an impressive lineup of teachers that will be giving various matters of rope, including suspension. Shibaricamp has implemented a system that enables you to prioritize and choose classes for each day, and although you might not be able to participate in all of the classes, you will attend the ones that are more important for you. In the camp, you will also find private tuition during the camp with the teachers of your preference.

During the evenings, the scenes take place in two large public playrooms, a smaller private room and in the private basement dungeon, although you can always play outdoors. Being naked and having sex within the area of the venue is also allowed in the Shibaricamp.

Shibaricamp is the perfect place for anyone who is a rope lover and wants to enjoy and learn about rope. It is also a great place for making new friends that share the same interest in rope with you. In the Shibaricamp you will meet  50 odd rope enthusiasts from all over the world who get together, share their experiences and play with rope.
