Midori
Midori is a renowned trailblazing educator, sexologist, author and Artist known as the “Super Nova Kink”. She is famous for her cool, funny teaching. Also, Midori founded Rope Dojo and ForteFemme: Women’s Dominance Intensive.
Midori first emerged from the Sex Positive movement in San Francisco in the early 1990s. Later, she became one of the most highly regarded presenters on sexuality, personal fulfilment and kink. She completed the San Francisco Sea Information SARS Program and SFSI Sexuality Educator Training. She gained her reputation as a leading expert on alternative pleasures stem due to her unique and entertaining teaching. In it, she shows the ability to deconstruct and distil complex matters of desire into surprisingly accessible lessons.
Midori wrote the first English instruction book on Shibari, “Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage”, in 2001. She is also the author of “Wild Side Sex” and “Master Han’s Daughter”. Midori has contributed with her expertise and voice in numerous articles, columns, works of fiction, and instructional books. Hewr publications include Men’s Health UK, Spectator Magazine, Carnal Nation, Taboo Magazine and others.
In 2017, Midori presented a TEDx talk called Embrace Change & Creation, The Artist as the Embodied Canvas. There, she shared her unique art practice and invited the audience to create upon her own body.
Midori gives coaching, private lessons, conferences and intensive workshops in Rope Dojo and Forte Femme. Her classes and workshops are designed around your own goals and the change you seek in your life. She shows extraordinary expertise and deep experience in alt sex and kink lifestyles. Her knowledge includes not only the technical aspects of bondage, but also boundary setting, nurturing, as well as disciplined imagination.
