A Disturbing Finding
A disturbing finding is nothing unusual, actually. Many people have found lipstick marks on the shirts of their couples, or the smell of someone else’s parfum, or suspicious spots on a skirt. You name it! However, what I found on Jennifer’s body when we were spending the night together was something I wasn’t expecting at all.
Jennifer and I had been together for over eight months. It wasn’t unusual for her to spend the night at my apartment. I live near her job, and, like she says, “there’s nothing better than taking a short walk to the office after you’ve had an intense night with your boyfriend.” Therefore, I was surprised when she seemed reluctant to accept my invitation that night. It was all part of a deal. She had spent the previous night on a “girl’s night” with her friends, and now it was our turn to be together.
My suspicion grew stronger when she asked me to turn off the lights. It was the first time she ever did that. The other times, she had been quite comfortable on the nude with the lights on. I did as she said, because I didn’t want to start an argument. But I kept thinking.
Once we had finished, I got up to go to the bathroom. I stepped on something and turned the lights on to see if my foot was hurt. And that’s when I understood why she had been acting so strange. There were marks on her body—friction marks. And that forced her to tell me the truth.
She explained to me that she was kinky, and that she loved Shibari. A man she had been dating before me had left her when he found out about it. And that’s why she hadn’t had the courage to tell me about it in the time we’d been together. Her friends and she had been to an exhibition the night before, and when the rigger asked for a volunteer, she couldn’t refrain from raising her hand.
I told her that I wouldn’t leave her. Part of loving someone is accepting who they are, no matter how unusual. Besides, I also had some kinks of my own.
This is the story of a disturbing finding.
